GRC Service Delivery Model

The GRC model of service provision is essentially up side down from traditional professional organisations. GRC focuses on a relationship between Paralegals and general staff as service providers, supported by an experienced and/or qualified adviser and mentor.

For example:

In our Legal Services clients will enter a direct relationship with a Paralegal, who manages their case. Our Lawyer then provides legal supervision and mentoring to the Paralegal. Paralegals continue to act as the service provider to the client and do not have any direct contact with the Lawyer who’s role is primarily supervisory. The Lawyer may be providing weekly supervision to around 7 or more Paralegals and a number of other people such as high school workplace students, law students, and restricted legal practitioners.

GRC Service Delivery Region

The GRC service delivery region encompasses communities within the Mid West and Gascoyne regions of WA. GRC may be able to service isolated clients through out these regions dependant upon the type of matter and clients circumstances.

It is not possible for us to visit every community within these regions and outreach has to be limited taking into consideration the cost associated with providing this type of service.

However we do visit the larger regional communities within our service delivery regions like;

  • Carnarvon
  • Exmouth
  • Denham
  • Meekatharra
  • Mullewa
  • Yalgoo
  • Mount Magnet
  • Cue

  • Carnamah
  • Northampton
  • Three Springs
  • Morawa
  • Dongara
  • Kalbarri
  • Leeman

We also consider all requests made by isolated communities to visit them and provide legal education workshops or case management for individuals. Our capacity to do this is heavily reliant upon the resources available to us at any particular time.
