Please note that staff are required to ask you for some personal information so that we can assess your needs and assist you appropriately.

Before an appointment is made we will need to conduct a conflict of interest check

Once a conflict check has been done and there is no conflict of interest an appointment will be made with the appropriate service.

If a conflict of interest exists we will assist you with information about alternative services.

Contacting our staff - if you contact our office and a service provider is unavailable please leave your full name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as practicable. Your patience is requested as often our staff are dealing with urgent or priority matters and they may not be in a position to return your call immediately.

Please note that if you do not attend three consecutive appointments you may be advised by staff that they can no longer assist you. Our resources are limited and as a free service we do need to prioritise cases.
