What type of assistance do we provide?

The legal services, financial counsellors and tenancy advocates provide assistance that may include the provision of;

• information,
• legal advice and/or
• case work which means a file will be opened and further assistance provided.
  

The type of assistance we provide to you will depend on;

• your particular circumstances,
• the type of legal problem and
• the type of work involved in managing your case.

Each situation is different and each case is assessed individually by staff .

Before an appointment is made we will need to conduct a conflict of interest check .
