![]() Arranging appointments if you live outside of Geraldton
Face to face appointments are used whenever possible so we can make arrangements to see you when we are visiting your community. Appointments are usually held at a local venue and if necessary we may do home visits. Home visits may be possible if you are unable to attend the office or venue due to physical disability, lack of transport or the sensitive nature of your problem. Home visits are conducted at the discretion of the service provider. Telephone appointments are used regularly as we may not be visiting your community for a number of weeks. If an appointment is arranged for a certain time we will telephone you at the agreed time. We can also provide information via video conferencing, direct email and facsimile. Before an appointment is made we will need to conduct a conflict of interest check . Contacting our staff - if you contact our office and a service provider is unavailable please leave your full name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible. Your patience is requested as often our staff are dealing with urgent or priority matters and they may not be in a position to return your call until the following day.
